Ingredients: 1 block of paneer, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 3-4 garlic cloves, minced 1-2 green chilies, chopped (optional) 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tsp soy sauce 2 tsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder Salt to taste 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves Instructions: Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add garlic and green chilies and sauté for a few seconds. Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent. Add bell peppers and continue sautéing for 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well. Add paneer and stir gently to coat the paneer with the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Uncover the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the paneer and vegetables.
