How to make veg Fried rice?

 This is a quick fried rice recipe. Fried rice is a great recipe loaded with fresh vegetables. It is the best take out option, you can have it in your lunch. I am sure you will love making it. It is a best flavored recipe made with cooked rice. Veg Fried rice is also famous in  street food. Also fried rice is available in all the famous restaurants. This is a very easy fried rice recipe. You can make it home, all the ingredients of this rice are easily available at your home. Here are some tips that will make this dish easy and simple. To prepare fried rice, first cook the rice then first fry the onion and then quickly fry all the vegetables. Fried rice can easily be cooked in 30 minutes. I love this recipe, I will probably eat a full bowl of fried rice. My whole family loves this dish. This dish can easily be prepared only in one pan.

Also you can reheat this dish very easily on the stove or microwave. Also you can store rice in a tight air lock container.

Add some vegetables according to your taste. I always like to cook this recipe with basmati rice for non sticky result


Ingredients 


2 cup basmati rice

2 tbsp oil

2 clove garlic(chopped)

1 large onion(chopped)

½ carrot (chopped)

1 cabbage(chopped)

4-5 beans (chopped)

2 tbsp peas 

¼ capsicum(chopped)

Salt (acc to taste)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp pepper

3 tbsp spring onion(chopped)

Water for soaking


How to make fried rice?


First take a large bowl, soak 2 cups of basmati rice for 15 minutes.

Now in a large pan add 6-7 cups of water, add 1 spoon of oil and ½ tsp of salt. Get the water boiled for 15-20 minutes.

Now add soaked basmati rice to the water. Now leave it for 10-15 min on the flame.

Off the flame now drain the water from the water, add one cup of cold water to cool the rice.

Now take a large kadai, add 2 tbsp oil to it, heat up the oil.

Add 2 cloves of garlic(chopped), stir it well.

Add 1 onion(chopped) and 2 tbsp spring onion mix until they sweat.

Now add some vegetables ½ carrot chopped, 1 cabbage, 4-5 beans, ¼ of capsium, 2 tbsp beans and ½ tsp salt.

Stir all the vegetables on high flame for 4-5 minutes. Don't over cook the vegetables.

Add 2 spoons of soy sauce and 1 spoon vinegar. Mix it well.

Keep the flame high and add cooked rice to it.

Now add ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Mix it well and adjust the soy sauce and salt.

Stir it well to make sure the rice doesn't break.
