How to make chilli Paneer
Ingredients:
- 1 block of paneer, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and green chilies and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add bell peppers and continue sautéing for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add paneer and stir gently to coat the paneer with the sauce.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
- Uncover the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the paneer and vegetables.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
